grad dinner and dance is coming up pretty soon for me. so, in an impulsive shopping venture, alice and i went into zioni and went grad dress hunting. i wanted a long back dress; nothing too showy but still very chic. i’m not willing to whip out a grand or so to purchase something skimpy, so i dove into the back of the little boutique and found a dress for about $200. i set my eyes on this black dress with thin, thin straps and a really interesting cut at the bottom; it was elegant and sophisticated, just what i was looking for.
i tried the sucker on and whoa, nelly… i almost ripped it. it’s hard getting into it because there’s no zipper and they expect you to just slip the slinky thing on from your head. the annoying thing is that you need eye-catching cleavage to pull the whole dress off, too. so, alice gave me some fashion advice on bras and whatnot and i just put the dress on hold so i can hopefully get my mom to buy it for me today. haha. i think this is the only piece of clothing she’ll have bought me within the past five years.
oops, i got this fansign from katie last week and i just felt like posting it right now. (wow. her writing is so neat. well, neater than mine, at least.) her host dead-cell.org has been having some bandwidth problems lately and now john can’t host anymore sites.
